Returns & Refunds
Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Thank you for shopping with SaleForge Ltd
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please read the policy below. Nothing in this policy affects or limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
1. Your Right to Cancel an Online Order
If you are a consumer purchasing from us online, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to give a reason.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period generally begins when you receive the last item in that order.
To exercise your cancellation right, please contact us within the applicable cancellation period using the details below:
Email: saleforge.services@gmail.com
Telephone: +44 7752 836357
Website: www.saleforgery.com
You may simply send us a clear statement saying that you wish to cancel your order. You do not have to use a specific form.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you should return the goods to us without undue delay and normally within 14 days of notifying us.
2. Condition of Returned Goods
Please take reasonable care of any goods while they are in your possession.
You may handle and inspect the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, similar to what you would normally be able to do in a shop.
If goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value has consequently been reduced, we may be entitled to make a deduction from the refund to reflect that reduction in value, where permitted by law.
Where possible, please return products with their original packaging, accessories, instructions and other included items. However, your statutory rights are not dependent on having the original packaging unless the law specifically permits otherwise.
3. Return Postage for Change-of-Mind Returns
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising your statutory cancellation right.
Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once you validly cancel an order, we will refund the payments we are required to refund under applicable law.
This will normally include the cost of the standard delivery option you selected when placing your order. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are generally only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option available.
We will normally issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
For a cancellation, we may wait until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, before processing the refund where permitted by law.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, unsafe, incorrect, or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as possible.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law apply. Depending on the circumstances and the applicable legal rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Examples of issues that may qualify include:
- The product is damaged when delivered.
- The product does not work as it should.
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose.
- You received a different product from the one you ordered.
- The product does not match the description provided on our website.
Please do not attempt to repair or modify a potentially faulty or unsafe electrical or electronic product yourself. Contact us first so that we can advise you on the safest way to proceed.
Where a return is required because the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs as required by applicable law.
6. Electrical and Electronic Product Safety
Because our catalogue includes electrical and electronic products, please follow the manufacturer's safety, installation and operating instructions.
If you believe that a product may be unsafe or has a safety-related defect, disconnect or stop using it where it is safe to do so and contact us.
Where appropriate, please provide photographs or other information showing the issue. This can help us investigate the problem and determine the safest and quickest resolution.
7. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where an applicable legal exception applies.
For example, this may include goods that are:
- Made to your specific requirements or clearly personalised, where the legal exception applies.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken, where the legal exception applies.
- Other goods falling within a statutory exception to the cancellation right.
Any applicable exception will be explained to you before or at the time of purchase where required.
These exceptions do not remove your legal rights if goods are faulty, defective, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
8. Sale and Discounted Items
Sale and discounted items are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items.
A reduction in price does not remove your legal rights if an item is faulty, defective, unsafe or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
9. Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please contact us.
Where appropriate, we will try to assist with an exchange. However, an exchange policy does not replace or restrict any cancellation, refund, repair or replacement rights you may have under UK consumer law.
10. How to Request a Return
Please contact us before returning an item whenever possible.
Include the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the return, if applicable

12. Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and assessed where necessary, we will process any refund due to you in accordance with applicable UK law.
The time for the money to appear in your bank account or payment account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
13. Our Responsibility
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or otherwise limit any legal rights that you have under applicable UK consumer law.
If any part of this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory legal right will take precedence.
